Web Mail

WARNING:

Beginning on Feb. 1, 2012, automatic aging will begin on old email messages stored in "Trash" folders on the central CSUSB email server ("mail.csusb.edu").

Email messages older than 30 days, stored in "Trash" folders on the central server, will automatically be deleted. Recovery of the deleted messages will not be possible. Only messages stored in "Trash" folders will be subject to deletion.

The automatic aging process will begin on Feb. 1, 2012, and a 30-day limit will be applied to messages in "Trash". Email messages, stored in the "Trash" folder, with date-stamp older than 01/01/12, will be permanently deleted. Aging of messages in "Trash" folders will become a permanent configuration on the central server, using a with a sliding window of 30-days or older.

The TNS department urges users with accounts on the central email server (mail.csusb.edu) to review any email messages stored in "Trash" folders of their individual accounts.

By logging into their CSUSB email accounts, users accept the terms and conditions of CSUSB policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy for Electronic Communication.

CSUSB will never ask you for your username and password in an email. Please do not respond to any such email messages and change your password if you have

If you do not yet have a CSUSB email address, please visit the TNS Email Office in the west wing (wedge) of the Pfau Library, PL-028, with your Coyote OneCard. Please call ahead at 909-537-5120 (or x75120 on campus) to verify that a staff member will be available to assist you.

If you have forgotten your password, or if you have trouble signing into your email account, please visit or contact the TNS Email Office.

Information for Students

Your CSUSB email address can be found in your MyCoyote Student Center under Personal Information.

If this is your first time using your CSUSB email account, please read the Student CoyoteMail FAQ page. For assistance signing in, please visit the ACM computer lab in the west wing (wedge) of the Pfau Library, PL-1109.
