FACULTY/STAFF: Beginning Monday, April 28, 2008 TNS will begin migrating accounts on the faculty/staff server to a new machine with more storage. The migration will occur between the hours of 11pm and 6am. Individual accounts will be locked while they are being moved.

Students

If you don't know your account name, you can look it up in the Account Search page. Please note that you will need to be on the campus network to use the account search.

If this is your first time signing in, please read the Student Email Accounts FAQ. For in-person assistance signing in for the first time, you may visit the ACM labs in the west wing (the "wedge") of the Pfau Library, room PL-1109.


Faculty

General Information

Sun recommends Internet Explorer 6.0SP2, Netscape 7.1, or Mozilla 1.5 or later. Mac users may also use Safari.

By logging in, users accept the terms and conditions of CSUSB policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy for Electronic Communication.

If your password does not work, please make sure that the Caps Lock key is not on. If you do not know your password, please come to the basement of the Pfau Library west wing (the "wedge"), room PL-028 with your Coyote OneCard to enter a new password. Please remember that your password must contain at least one special character (such as a "$") that is not the first or last character.

If you have trouble signing in, you can contact the Telecommunications Department at x75133.

For security reasons, all unsecured traffic is now redirected to the secure site. If your web browser warns you about accepting a certificate from an unknown certificate authority, please install the CSU San Bernardino Root Certificate.
